Prices starting @ $11 per hour for an acting/photography studio & $16 per hour for a dance rehearsal space before 5pm Sunday-Friday.
Acting Space Saturday (all day) prices are the same as Sunday-Friday after 5 pm.
Dance Space Saturday (all day) prices are the same as Sunday-Friday after 5pm.
After 5pm prices starting @ $17 per hour for an acting/photography space & $20 per hour for a dance space.
What's the difference between an acting rehearsal space & a dance rehearsal space?
Acting space has vinyl tile floor, white walls no mirrors.
Dance space unlike acting space has wood floor & mirrors.
If your rental starts between 7pm and 8:30pm (Monday-Thursday) we require a minimum of 2 hours rental (Friday Saturday and Sunday we don't require 2 hours between 7 and 8:30pm)
Long term rental rates available
Furniture/equipment available: tables, chairs, music stands, pianos, tv/ vcr, cassette/cd players.
In order for us to assign you the most appropriate space use of the space must be explained to management before making final reservation.
We are open 7 days per week:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am 11:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am 8 pm
Sunday 9:00 am 11:00 pm
